He was first of all approachable, friendly and patient with addressing any of my concerns; at the same time that he expressed that he was very knowledgeable, attentive and very professional yet caring. He gained my trust and thus my willingness to buy a car from this dealership. He is a great asset to Karl Knauz BMW and I would recommend him highly at this dealership. Along with Tisha, the finance person Doug Kamp and other service persons have made this a good experience for me.
