New Car Buying at it's FINEST I've been driving BMWs for 40 years. I just traded my '05 daily driver for a thoroughly modern 2016. Most dread the whole car experience....did I get a fair deal? Should I have shopped all around? Is this the right car? Will the dealer take care of me? Let me tell anyone that the experience was all the fun and excellent experience that you might hope for. The client advisor, Bob Geisheker was totally professional, knowledgeable, understanding, good listener.....an ally and advocate. Scott Adduci made the paperwork almost fun and interesting, both on line and old school forms......a new license plate right on the spot as well. To top everything off, Spencer Parker, "GENIUS", was the final highlight. He appeared along side my new X4, and brilliantly, patiently, personably, walked me through all the nits and grits of the car, helping me to become familiar and set it up to all my preferences. Could have spent another hour and 1/2 with Spencer, having so much fun, but figured he deserved a break from me. Once I live with the car for awhile I can call Spencer and book a time to come in and retune, refresh, all the good things that this old guy forgot and might want to set up differently. If you're going to invest your hard earned time and dollars to buy a car, these are the guys you want to get to know 1st hand! More

Shockingly surprised by Keith Rubenstein Lake Forest, IL I was in the market for another Leased vehicle for my business. I prefer the BMW brand. For the last several leases, I've worked with familiar dealers I was in the market for another Leased vehicle for my business. I prefer the BMW brand. For the last several leases, I've worked with familiar dealerships north of Knauz and south. Well known places. My companys recent move landed us within 5 minutes of Knauz. I had this impression of old salesmen serving the same Bif's and Buffy's for decades. Stuffy, stodgy and dull was my impression. BOY, was I wrong! Bob Graziano the GM greeted me with a huge sincere smile and asked lots and lots of pertinent questions. He did this to see which sales professional would be the best fit for my needs. Enter Matt Pudo. Matt is unique to say the least. In a great way too. He holds several records for speed with the legendary M Series line of BMW and he's the first true enthusiast I'd ever met of the M series. He himself the owner of a few. By the end of our time together I drove away in a gorgeous and super duper fast black sapphire 2017 BMW M3! And they worked with me on the monthly payments to create a win/win scenario. Highly highly recommend the professionalism, class low pressure approach of Knauz BMW. More

Since I was looking for this specific model for quite while and was determined to purchase it, I guess that made the process smooth on both sides. My customer agent, Sam Picchietti, was really informative over the phone, answering questions in great detail. The service was great at the dealership as well. Everyone along the process was approachable, friendly, and respectful. I especially appreciate Sam waiting at the dealership after hours for me to take car since I was coming from out of the state of Illinois. I hope their future customer service is also this good. More
No Hassle Easy Factory Order Experience for BMW 230i Marek Gryc was a plesaure to work with. When negotiating price, his initial offer was far below what I was asking for. He was ready to deal. I did a custom factory order, and Marek was great in updating me of the progress of the build as it reached each milestone. Overall, a very comfortable, hassle free experience. Scott Adduci didn't pressure me too much in "the room" on extended warranties, etc... He was somewhat aggressive in trying to sell a maintenance package, but not to the point of making me feel to uncomfortable. Overall, I spent less than 5 minutes in the office, and it was a nice streamlined process. Overall, a great buying experience from this dealership. 5 stars. More

Pleasant buying experience We went to this dealer to meet with a sales man we had been talking to via email, but when we arrived we were told he stepped out for a minute. A Friendly receptionist showed us the coffee area. Within a few short minutes another salesman Rolly Davidson jumped in to assist us. He had found the car and paperwork on it without us giving him any background on it. Rolly was friendly, professional and very knowledgable about the X3 we came to look at. What a lucky break for us that our original salesman was not there when we arrived. Buying this car was hassle free and one of the most pleasant car buying experiences we have had. We definitely recommend Rolly Davidson at Knauz BMW. More
