Yale was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer every question. He also was diligent in keeping in touch through the process but also cautious to not be a bother. People seem to be losing there ability to communicate and have quality relationships now adays due to the gap that technology is putting between us. It was very refreshing to see a young intelligent adult like Yale have the ability to be comfortable communicating one on one and make us comfortable in the process. A good experience always comes down to the quality of the people your dealing with and Yale is and will be a great asset to whoever he works with and for in the future. Audi Convert! I had been unhappily driving a BMW 428 X drive convertible (leased from a different BMW dealership-NOT Knauz)-a very basic stripped down model which I I had been unhappily driving a BMW 428 X drive convertible (leased from a different BMW dealership-NOT Knauz)-a very basic stripped down model which I hated. My previous car had been an Audi A5 Convertible, with every option available, which I had loved. I couldn't wait for my BMW lease to end so I could go back to my beloved Audi. Then I took my BMW to Knauz for regularly scheduled service. They were fabulous. They gave me an M series loaner car which was amazing and I began to rethink my "No more BMW's" decision. I decided to check out the new 440 convertibles and found Sales Man Extraordinaire, Yale Kim. Yale was the best. Extremely helpful and informative without being pushy or making me feel pressured. He was able to work out a deal where I ended up with a better vehicle, with more options, at the same lease price I was paying with my previous stripped down, basic BMW. Knauz has definitely gone above and beyond in terms of customer service and care.
