An outstanding ordering & delivery experience! I've had 5 prior 5-Series sedans. This Sixth one, a 2017 540i x-Drive I just took delivery of from Bob Geisheker involved the smoothest overall proces I've had 5 prior 5-Series sedans. This Sixth one, a 2017 540i x-Drive I just took delivery of from Bob Geisheker involved the smoothest overall process from ordering thru delivery. There was never any buying pressure, always amicable and reasonable pricing concessions and Bob was most patient and cooperative in helping me research and select my long list of tech options! In his short absence Sales Manager Bob Graziano assisted me as well. Upon delivery I worked with Business Manager Doug Kamp with contract finances; and then BMW Genius Spencer Parker proved without question his Genius qualifications while spending over 2 hrs with me patiently answering questions and teaching me how to use the endless features provided in this new model. And both Bob Geisheker & Spencer are excellent about promptly returning calls whenever I've had further questions. So all around this buying experience at Knauz has been a refreshingly great one! 1st Class Customer Service I couldn't be any happier with my recent purchase at Knauz BMW. This is my first BMW, and just like the first time I few First Class on an airplane, I couldn't be any happier with my recent purchase at Knauz BMW. This is my first BMW, and just like the first time I few First Class on an airplane, I now know what awesome customer service feels like. My primary sales guy left the dealership while the car was on order and Bob Geisheker picked up the ball without missing a beat. Doug Kamp in the Finance group was super friendly, knowledgable and immensely helpful, so different than any other dealer Finance person I've ever worked with. I spent time with 2 Genius' during my sales process, Spencer Parker and later Jon Jakubco. Both are not only experts on the cars, but were very patient with me and my seemingly endless number of questions. Thanks again Sam, Bob, Doug, Spender and Jon for making my experience so excellent. I can't wait to buy another one. :) More

Rolly was courteous, gracious, and more than accommodating to all of our needs. After visiting several BMW dealerships in the Chicagoland area we decided to stop in at BMW Knauz. We were skeptical at first that we could negotiate the deal we had hoped for but Rolly proved us wrong. He is one of the best sales professionals we have ever worked with, he is exceptional at what he does and really makes your whole car buying experience special. Not only did we go home with the car of our dreams but several days later we received a thank you note from Rolly with the two photos he took of us, one with our old BMW 3-Series and the other with our brand new X3. That is the kind of person Rolly is, he tries to make the experience truly personal, you really feel like you just purchased a luxury vehicle and got the deal of a lifetime. Excellent X5 buying experience with Shane Lyon I've used Knauz for servicing my 2013 528xi under the maintenance plan for past 3 years and have found them to be very professional and quick/expedien I've used Knauz for servicing my 2013 528xi under the maintenance plan for past 3 years and have found them to be very professional and quick/expedient on service. Most of the time, I've gotten a nicer loaner than my own car which actually triggered my next move to buy an 2017 X5. Had a great sales experience with Shane Lyon who listened to my needs as I needed to trade two vehicles and had some flexibility on colors and options on the X5. Shane presented options across the X5 price spectrum, had them ready for our follow up visit and once we decided, he made the transaction painless. Shane is passionate about his work, committed to his customers and the follow up a with me during the course of the following week has been appreciated. Shane's now our BMW guy! More

He worked with getting me the best deal and also worked promptly and closely with me even when I needed a light changed on the vehicle. He always made sure to get back to me right away and kept me updated with any changes. He was always very courteous and never made me feel rushed nor did he make me feel like my questions were unimportant. I had been shopping for a long time and a lot of the dealers I went to were not attentive and did not have the patience or interest to answer my questions or find the answers to my questions. I felt Ken did a great job with all of my very detailed questions and overall he made the experience very memorable and I felt comfortable and secure throughout the purchase. Great first car buying experience! More

He doesn't resort to the hard sell. He admitted when did didn't know something, then went and found the answers. He also obviously loves cars. Great experience! More
