I bought a used BMW today to replace my existing BMW - which I was happy with - and the sales person, Shane Lyon, could not have been more patient, transparent, helpful, and a real asset to the process. I ended up buying a newer model used BMW, and I would recommend anyone to go to Knauz and get their next car there. Shane understood both the emotion and the logic that you need to engage in buying a car, and he helped work patiently and clearly with both elements. The credit/business folks, the service staff, the attendants who prep and set up your car - everyone is courteous and listens well. More

On Sunday, we sent an email with our initial offer to Yale. The following Monday, we get the deal and drive the car back home. The whole process was very smooth and easy, both Yale and Bob are friendly and helpful. They tried their best to offer solutions and made things work out. We felt satisfied with the service both Yale and Bob provided and liked our new car very much so far. More

I came in to look at potential replacements for my 2003 325 xi which was like a part of the family. He asked a few questions then had me sit in about 4 models that would be comparable to my 325. By the time I left Knauz, I had my choices narrowed down to 2 and had a basic understanding of how leasing worked vs. buying. Test drove the following day and leased the X1 the day after that. I was excited enough about the new BMX that I wasn't so sad to say goodbye to my old one. Thanks Yale. More
