Easy no hassle car buying experience I called about a used 5 series that was just brought in and an hour later I was at the dealership for a test drive. The car was in great condition an I called about a used 5 series that was just brought in and an hour later I was at the dealership for a test drive. The car was in great condition and already for a test drive when I arrived. Sam told my wife and I everything there was to know about the vehicle before we left the lot and he also showed us many of the features as we were out with the car. My wife and I changed our payment method a few times since we also purchased a house that same weekend and are in the process of moving out of state but Sam and his team were very patient with us and worked through the process with us. We are so grateful to them for the experience that we had here at Knauz. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, Spencer gave us a detailed walk through of all of the cars features and was also very patient with us as he addressed several of our questions. Lastly, the financial portion that Doug worked on with us was made very easy and he made things very clear to us during the process so that we felt confident in our financing option that we selected. Overall it was a very professional, top notch experience and when we are ready for our next BMW even though we will be out of state, Sam and the Knauz team will be the first place that we look. He discussed things with me and listened to me rather than just focusing on trying to get his points in. I need to feel good about the car I bought (as I never really know if I got a deal or not) and Leo and Scott Adduci the credit manager made me feel that way (that last sign off is always uncomfortable for me but he was very patient and really took the time to let me ask my questions even though they were closing for the night). I probably should not have bought the tire and wheel insurance for the run flats from Scott but after leaving it felt like the right thing to do... Leo is a real pleasure to work with and I set my price and he found a way to get there. If you work with Leo you might not buy a car from him but you will be happy with the experience. Good luck.
