As a woman, in my experience, there are times when car salesmen are condescending ---it was so refreshing not to encounter any condescension from Sam-rather the opposite---we were able to have really intelligent conversations about the car options and he informed me things I did not know in a way that was extremely respectful. Fantastic Experiences Start to Finish and Beyond FIRST IMPRESSION: Wrote an inquiry about a car through a website, no more than an hour later a sales representative (Rolly Davidson) contacted me and FIRST IMPRESSION: Wrote an inquiry about a car through a website, no more than an hour later a sales representative (Rolly Davidson) contacted me and left a voice message. I showed up unannounced the next day and he still made the time to show me the cars in great detail, no rush, despite having another appointment coming in. Everyone in the dealership was wearing a mask, the place was immaculate and they kept social distancing. Made an appointment for a test drive. TEST DRIVE: Upon arrival Rolly had the cars ready, the keys on hand. Upon my return he went over some details about the cars and answered some questions. He was the right balance between professional and friendly. He really gained my trust. CLOSING: Not pushy, upfront about pricing/discounts, no hidden fees. Fast and to the point but meticulous with every detail. PICKING UP THE CAR: This process in other dealerships takes forever, not at Knauz. I didnt have to wait for Rolly or the business manager to sign the documents. The car was ready and perfectly detailed. He went over some final details and gave me a contact of a person who would provide answer should I have questions later on. FOLLOW-UP: Rolly called the next day to make sure I didnt have questions and to see if I was enjoying the car. I dont think I will go to another dealership after this and I will definitely look for Rolly. More
