I contacted Karl Knauz BMW via the web expressing interest in a certified 540...Rolly called me back within minutes. He explained the car was new to inventory and would need to go through the certif interest in a certified 540...Rolly called me back within minutes. He explained the car was new to inventory and would need to go through the certification process which he explained in detail. Given we remained interested, Rolly arranged for it to be washed and met with us promptly. He provided an in-depth overview of all the features which was extremely helpful and appreciated. Rolly then provided the opportunity for a test drive. Given we were trading in an older 5 series, he arranged for a valuation during that time and drafted all the necessary paperwork. This made for an efficient and stress free purchase. Further, Rolly kept us updated during the certification process and the car was delivered in pristine condition.
