Judy Powell was outstanding. She listened to my situation and what I was looking for in a new BMW. She immediately steered me to the perfect car for me, then explained why it was perfect. I thought a 3 series might be too small, but she quickly pointed out the differences in the new 3 series and how the new size and features of that particular car would work for me. She throughly reviewed all the features and absolutely knew her product from top to bottom. I test drove that car and never looked at another. Interestingly, I had reviewed the Knauz inventory before my visit and had written down the stock numbers about eight different cars in inventory that I thought might work for me. I had highlighted one however that based on it's description seemed perfect. Only after I had purchased the car Judy had steered me to, did I discover that I had purchased the car I had highlighted.
