Judy worked with me throughout the whole entire ordering process. I ordered my car the first day the model was available and knew the delay would be slightly longer to get it built. Judy Powell then came over introduced herself and began to re teach me the process of becoming an automobile owner. We started with the new model 2013 and then to the pre owned. All the while she was trying to help me figure out what I wanted. When I informed her I would like also to view the Mini should took me right over to the car I had described to her while looking at the BMWs. The Mini Roadster was the car for me and Judy set it all up for me from test drive to ownership. Judy and the rest of the Knauz staff both at BMW and MINI made car buying a joyful experience and I am quite certain when I am ready once again to purchase a vehicle Knauz will be my first choice.??
