It was almost 80 years ago when, Karl Knauz the father of the current chairman, Bill Knauz, created the dealership that would bear his name for generations to come. Karl Knauz after years of being a chauffeur opened a gas station in Lake Forest. Did he imagine that this modest beginning would come to be one of the most recognized dealerships in the country. The franchises they have now, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, MINI, Land Rover, Hyundai, smart have put their trust in the Knauz family, (with Mercedes-Benz going all the way back to 1959). NEW CAR PURCHASE/SERVICE I have purchased my second BMW within less than 2 years. Bob Geisheheker was attentive, heard what I wanted, pinpointed the car within minutes, sent I have purchased my second BMW within less than 2 years. Bob Geisheheker was attentive, heard what I wanted, pinpointed the car within minutes, sent me for a test drive and made the experience pleasant and simple. He did not pressure me into anything I did not want. He made himself available as my schedule changed so I could pick up the car at my convenience and attended to my questions and concerns. He made sure I was aware of all options that were available, but did not try to sell me on options if I was not interested, nor did he try to convince me to buy a car with less options because it was in his inventory. The experience I had with Bob at Knauz was very positive and pleasant. He made sure that I was comfortable with the options the car has and that I was informed with how to use the options. He also encouraged me to come back or to call him if I had any future questions or concerns. He has demonstrated impressive follow up after the sale was complete. I would definitely refer others to Bob, as well as use him in the future when I am in the market for a new car. More

Judy Powell is outstanding I have purchased 15 cars in my lifetime, and can say without reservation that Judy is the best car salesperson with whom I have ever dealt. Judy did not play games with pricing, and used none of the standard gimmicks. She was so confident in both her product and her price that she did not pressure me at all when I told her I wanted to shop around before committing.
