My first car purchase done right! I had a great first car buying experience working with the people at Knauz. My saleswomen Judy, was very friendly and didn't try to oversell or over I had a great first car buying experience working with the people at Knauz. If she didn't know the answer to my questions, she spent the time to find out or talk to the person who did know. In fact, at one point, she brought over another salesman, Florian, who was able to help me with a very specific BMW part question that was crucial to me buying the car. He treated me like I was his own customer even though he didn't have a stake in the sale. Other dealerships didn't seem to think it was a big deal and were unwilling to spend the time required to get me the right answer. I will say that Judy is very busy, so make an appointment to see her. Even when I showed up un-announced, although I sometimes had to wait a little, she did her best to work with me while helping her other customers which was much appreciated. Judy and the manager, Bob, were very fair in pricing and again, did not try to get me to do anything I wasn't comfortable doing. I cannot remember the name of the parts cashier who rang me out, but he was also very friendly, answered all my questions, inspected my part with me, and again was very patient in helping me. Overall, I had a great experience and I hope that this type of customer service continues in the future as I visit Knauz for service and other issues. Thanks Knauz Team! More

In 2007 I performed exhaustive research before selecting a Chicagoland BMW dealer, using both online and making several visits to each location (including Perillo BMW which was highly disappointing). My goal was to ensure the experience was fun, exciting, and resulted in the BMW I wanted without pressure or buyer’s remorse. Needless to say, I chose Knauz based on all those factors and bought my first brand new car ever, a BMW 335 xi Coupe. Fast forward to 2014 as a return customer to Knauz BMW where I purchased my 2013 X5. Judy Powell, my Salesperson was professional, extremely knowledgeable and patient. I drove nearly every SUV-type that was available in the lot the day including an X3 and X6. Although my original intention was to go with something smaller, I purchased the X5. After nearly 5 hours of driving and thinking, Judy assessed my driving needs throughout such as mileage per year, my personal style, and pros/cons of each vehicle without pressure. She also made me feel confident in my decision including trading in my first love 335 xi Coupe and furthermore obtaining a decent 2nd trade-in price for a Lexus that I had. Last but not least, I brought in my significant other (Cathy) and the entire staff welcomed us both without hesitation or awkwardness. The only thing Cathy and I regret is that she didn’t buy her Cadillac SRX at Knauz BMW . . . there’s no other dealership to compare re: customer service. Cathy also witnessed this first hand.
