Scheduled a simple oil change for 730 Friday morning after Thanksgiving. Was not there long, when the service advisor tried to upsell me $1800 worth of fluid flushing. I declined his offer. Of course, he tried two more times to convince me. It took approximately one and a half hours to get a simple oil change. I had intended to engage with the sales team about the 2022 Tremor f150. After getting jerked around, I decided to take a hard pass on the place. After leaving the dealership, I realize that they charged me extra for the 6 quarts of oil that is included in “the works” package that I purchased for the oil change. In general, this place is a stereo typical dealership. Looking to screw people at every opportunity. By point of reference, I currently own and drive a 2019 F150 king ranch, 2022 Ford Mustang, GT, and a 2022 bronco. The actions of this Ford store and Brand in general, has led me to believe it might be time to go to General motors. More
From scheduling to service to pickup, this was the best experience at a Ford dealership in Florida (and New York State) we have dealt with. We tried Ferman Ford and it was HORRIBLE so even though we would experience at a Ford dealership in Florida (and New York State) we have dealt with. We tried Ferman Ford and it was HORRIBLE so even though we would have had to pay nothing to go back there, we couldn’t. We gave Flammer Ford a try and, at least as far as the service department goes, we were very pleased! Our only complaints are that they didn’t fill the windshield solution and they don’t offer curtesy washes after service. More

I waited for 3. 5 hours with no explanation or apology from agent. I was charged for window service with no explanation why it wasn’t covered by my Expensive Ford Mai 5 hours with no explanation or apology from agent. This is second straight time I waited and waited and waited … I will find another Ford dealer who is properly staffed. More
