Karl Flammer Ford - Service Center

Truck tailgate lock is not unlocking due to wiring problem we paid to have fixed. My review will go up when tailgate lock is also repaired.Update: We had the trunk lock replaced by the Ford dealershi problem we paid to have fixed. My review will go up when tailgate lock is also repaired.Update: We had the trunk lock replaced by the Ford dealership in New Port Richey due to a defect. Chad at Karl Flammer said the trunk lock had a pin tha was rusty and had to be lubricated in order for the lock to start working again. I guess it was just a coincidence that the lock stopped working as the same exact time all of the other electronics in the car malfunctioned due to rodents chewing the wiring. Thankfully Chad oversaw the completion of the job and we were able to get out of there for the diagnostic price of 200 dollars. Thanks Chad. More

Karl Flammer Ford came through for me when others couldn’t. I had a transmission problem on my truck and took it to another Ford dealer, only to have them tell me they wouldn’t look at it for another couldn’t. Karl Flammer was not only able to get my truck in the next day, but their team was able to diagnose and report back to me the problem the same day. My repairs were made on time as promised and I was kept in communication the entire time. And all of this during a holiday week!
