I actually went in to get the oil changed on my Ford Fiesta that I had bought from Karl Flammer Ford through Doug. After it was serviced, I talked to Doug and he knew that I was not satisfied with the Fiesta that I had bought from Karl Flammer Ford through Doug. I was very pleased with the salesperson, Rick Tiptn. I told him the monthly amount I could pay and my car was my down payment.
