I gave them my left and right limit as far as criteria and they both helped me the entire time. Alex and Rick both worked their butts off for me. In the end, I drove away in a badass new F-150. He is totally responsive, knowledgeable, and does his very best to make certain everyone is happy. I really have lost count of how many years I've brought my trucks, wife's car(s), son's truck, mother in law's car to Robbie . He always goes the extra mile and makes you feel like he cares. He is conscientious and a fine young man. No one wants to have vehicular problems. When I do, I call Robbie and even though I know it's going to end up costing me, I am still happy to see him every time. He sets the perfect example of what a really good service writer is capable of. As long as the good Lord keeps me on this planet I will keep going back to Robbie. More

The Ultimate car buying experience ever!! We had contacted Karl Flammer Ford about a week ago and we got one of the best salesman (Lloyd Williams) we have ever worked with. We set up an evenin We had contacted Karl Flammer Ford about a week ago and we got one of the best salesman (Lloyd Williams) we have ever worked with. We set up an evening to go to the dealership and explained what we were looking for and in the price range. He sent us photos and info on several cars and when we got there he had everything lined up. We looked at 3 different cars but we test drove the 2019 Ford Escape and it was exactly what we wanted.
