We went to Karl already knowing the make, model and options we wanted in a new vehicle. We had not been able to find just what we wanted at an acceptable price elsewhere. Working with Steve, he quickly found several vehicles. Steve worked with us to come to an agreeable price and trade in value. He was great to work with – friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy or over-bearing. We were in our new Tahoe in just a few days. Would we go back to Karl to shop for our next car? Absolutely! Would we ask to work with Steve again? We’d insist on it! We need to also acknowledge our time with Luke during vehicle delivery. He was efficient, fun and very attentive to our personal preferences. Today’s cars are highly complex, and the time we spent with Luke gave us a huge head start in enjoying the many features our new Tahoe has to offer. More

My wife and I originally went into Karl's to discuss trade-in on our used car and to look at a Volt. We were introduced to Jamie since we were looking for a new vehicle. I couldn't have asked for anyt trade-in on our used car and to look at a Volt. We were introduced to Jamie since we were looking for a new vehicle. I couldn't have asked for anything more in my salesman. He was great! He was very knowledgable about the car we were looking at and took the time to show us all the features. Since the technology on the Volt is so new, I asked a lot of questions along the way. Jamie was helpful through the whole process and if he didn't know an answer off the top of his head, he made it a point to write it down and follow up with us later in the evening. I have never been so relaxed while at a dealership. Jamie was very patient and showed us all the finance options available for the vehicle and Karl's was able to give us a better than expected trade allowance for our car. In fact, Jamie's no-pressure sales approach actually made us very confident in our decision to purchase that very night. I have never felt so good about our decision and about the customer service that was delivered (from Jamie in sales, to Mitch in finance, to Luke in delivery coordination)! They went the extra mile to make sure that we were comfortable with every step in the process. The experience I had at Karl's showed me that some dealerships do care about their customers and I look forward to my next purchase with Jamie and Karl's. More
Even though Karl's is a very large dealership, Steve Ames made us feel just as important as their largest customer. When spending significant money (for us) on a quality vehicle you want to know your busine made us feel just as important as their largest customer. Rick and Gene worked with us to put together a deal that work for us. They were great to work with and I would definately do business with them in the future.
