First rate customer service. While traveling home to Texas our Hyundai Santa Fe was not starting after driving several hundred miles and then filling our gas tank. After a while i While traveling home to Texas our Hyundai Santa Fe was not starting after driving several hundred miles and then filling our gas tank. After a while it started, but knew we needed to have it looked at. The first Hyundai dealership was backed up more than 2 days, so they recommended Reed Hyundai. We were treated like long-time customers and our service advisor Josh kept us informed as to what was going on. We knew we needed to leave our car, but their courtesy shuttle took us back to our hotel. Courtesy driver Gilbert was kind and very helpful as I was using a wheelchair. Kudos to everyone in the service department from the service technician who discovered the problem, and for being able to fix our car quicklyso we could continue our trip home. When the car was fixed, the courtesy shuttle came to pick us up so we could get our car. A BIG thank you for all the people who helped us. We also got chocolate bars! More

Palisade sale I didn’t feel the dealership was responsive to me initially. Calls were not returned. There was a miscommunication on the 1st car I wanted to buy.
