Great customer service! When I arrived I was greeted immediately by Adam. Adam confirmed the type of oil change that I wanted. He informed me that their was a recall on my car and assured me that it would be taken care of while my car was there. I received a text message almost instantly from Adam in case I had any concerns or questions during my service visit. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle the services that were provided were explained to me thoroughly. The pricing was exactly what I expected and after paying I was offered a chocolate bar. Adam walked me out to my car, opened my door for me and told me to have a great rest of my day. Exceptional customer service. I will continue to bring my vehicle to Reed Hyundai for my service needs. I called Reed, & they gave me jump-start information, & within about 1-1/2 hours, my card was in the shop. They 1st didn't find anything, and I had to bring it back the next day. Everyone is very helpful. I was given a ride to work by Gilbert who was very kind, and said if I needed a ride back from my work, just to let him know. The problem was addressed, fixed, and my car was ready that evening, everything done at no charge. Adam was my service representative, and kept me informed of the process when I was there. More

Had a 1:00 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Also had 3 bulbs out and had them changed. 2 hours later they were finished. Got home and noticed plate bulb assembly hanging from wire. Tr rotation. Also had 3 bulbs out and had them changed. 2 hours later they were finished. Got home and noticed plate bulb assembly hanging from wire. Tried to call service department and no answer. Drove to dealership and service people were gone. Talked to salesperson and he found someone still there in service to fix my issue. Had both bulb covers backwards. They fixed my issue. Makes me wonder about having other work done there. Will it be serviced the correct way? More

Not only speedy, but Josh Underwood did a complete repair estimate and even sat in the car with me to show me a few features that I did not know how to operate after owning the Santa Fe for 6 years. i guess I'm a slow learner.
