Thank you for your recent visit to Reed Hyundai. It is unfortunate that our Service Department closes at 3pm on Saturday or we would have had a full technician available at 4:30pm to assist you. The technician had fitted the license plate light backwards and needed to change the direction to install the light tightly. Luckily we did have our shop foreman still onsite to assist and fix your vehicle. Saturday appointments can take additional time as customer like to wait on their vehicle on Saturday vs. coming back to pick them up when completed. I apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused you but I can assure you all of your services preformed were completed correctly.
