Quick friendly maintenance service. Only detractor was 67.00 cabin air filter replacement. The filters are 9.92 on amazon and don’t require tools or even under the hood access. I'm not sure we will be back. Communication amongst staff was terrible. We dropped my car off on Thursday might, to be serviced on Friday. Saturday morning we drove in to the dealership and were told we couldn't take the car because it was "hooked up to machines" which I find odd, because we had been told work was completed, except for the mirror. We were offered a loaner, but reassured that we could get the car Monday. If I had known how long it would truly take I would've taken them up on it. Monday we were told the part wasn't in until Wednesday. So, rather than make another drive tonthe dealershop we decided the car could stay a couple more days. Wednesday we were told it wasn't done, and it had to stay until Friday. At this point it was getting ridiculous. If I had known it would be there a week I wouldnt have brought it in for an "appointment". I would rather wait until all the parts are in at that point. So Friday, we needed the car back. We were going out of town to visit a family member and told them we needed it by noon. At 1:30 we hadn't heard anything so called and were told it was finished? Told them we would be there in an hour to pick it up. At 3:30 I drove my car off the lot and finally was able to go home and pack uo for the long drive ahead. Not convenient and communication was lacking. Also, during this whole time there was another repair that needed to get done which was overlooked, and that part was the hold up on Friday. So that entire week they had the car, that repair could've been made. Not happy. Will look into other customer service oriented shops, even if I have to drive further. More

Someone dropped the ball initially because we had to make contact Monday afternoon even though it was towed in Friday afternoon. Customer service from Josh was adequate. However, I waited 4.5 hours for a scheduled oil change and check of a brake light that had been reading faulty (which only needed a light bulb replacement per t waited 4.5 hours for a scheduled oil change and check of a brake light that had been reading faulty (which only needed a light bulb replacement per the team). I have to schedule ANOTHER appointment only days later because my brake light still does not work, and the service team did not inspect past the light bulb it seems. I always wait way longer than an acceptable amount of time for scheduled oil changes. More
