I had two tasks scheduled for my car, a oil change and tire air pressure check and rotation. The paperwork I received showed the air pressure was set at 35 lbs, The air pressure displayed in the in car ai tire air pressure check and rotation. The paperwork I received showed the air pressure was set at 35 lbs, The air pressure displayed in the in car air pressure system showed 31 lbs for 3 tires and 32 for the other. I checked them myself they checked to be 32. I'm wondering if they were actually checked at the dealership. More
This was my first time getting maintenance at Reed. I was given a 1 hour estimate for work upon checking in. (Oil change & tire rotation.) After about 2.3 hours, I walked to the counter and was told about a recall which they were finishing up. That's fine, but I would have liked to have an accurate initial estimate or notification about additional work. I tried to check in via the text line, but received no reply after 20 minutes so I went to the counter. Service employees were standing at the counter, but when I asked for help, they said they didn't know what was going on and I'd have to wait until someone else returned. They left. I met Felix about a minute later. Felix was very helpful and sent me on my errand with Art, who was kind and interesting. I suppose my two points of frustration were with communication and clarity about which employees were there to help customers and which weren't. More

Every time I bring my car for service something gets forgotten or just ignored!! Every time!!
