Really quick service I was very impressed to be in and out in 1 hour. Oil change, tire rotation and complete check. Recent Visit To Reed I received a call from Hyundai asking me to schedule a recall visit. I scheduled a time and went on the appropriate day. When I arrived, I discovere I received a call from Hyundai asking me to schedule a recall visit. I scheduled a time and went on the appropriate day. When I arrived, I discovered it had been another dealer that made the call and I had no appointment at Reed. They took me immediately and finished the job quickly. They found a part needed to be orders so they gave me a loaner. Early the next morning, I receive a call saying the job was complete and I could pick up my car or keep the loaner for one extra dass since it was a model I was considering buying. I think that was great service! More
