The customer service is extremely poor. I waited over 2 hours for a scheduled 7:00 oil change. Customer service personnel were unfriendly, didn’t greet me, no smiling, overall acted like I was an inconve hours for a scheduled 7:00 oil change. Customer service personnel were unfriendly, didn’t greet me, no smiling, overall acted like I was an inconvenience to them. Told me it was taking longer because of recall item but then said they didn’t fix it. Then said they were running behind, not sure how a 7:00 appt can run behind when it’s the first appointment of the day. then they tried to charge me when it was covered with the new car 30K coverage. At my request she looked it up and then agreed with me. Will not be recommending this location. Managers did call when I left poor review on line and did apologize so sounds like they are trying to fix the problem. Might need to hire new staff on customer service. More
