New Kona Purchase Experience I was overwhelmingly pleased with the service level and interaction with Ethan, my sales advisor. After several disastrous visits to other local auto I was overwhelmingly pleased with the service level and interaction with Ethan, my sales advisor. After several disastrous visits to other local auto dealers; the pleasant and non-pushy demeanor of the Reed Hyundai staff was very welcoming to me. Ethan understood and responded to my needs and preferences regarding the new car options. He naturally translated some of the more technical aspects of the car into simple terms for me, which was very helpful for someone like me who isn't really a car enthusiast. Ethan was patient while I had lots of questions during the sales process and introducing the various financing options to me. Ethan was the opposite of some of the car salesperson stereotypes that exist; I felt like I was working with a local shopkeeper, not just a sales cog in a big machine that is solely focused on generating sales. I worked with Brianna(sp?) in Finance and this experience was simple, direct and easy. After spending several hours with the Reed Hyundai team, it shone through that this is a family run organization; the entire staff should be very proud of this! More

very easy experiance everything when great went came in with my daughter so she could buy her first new car.I was just going to co-sign for her but she didn't have any mon everything when great went came in with my daughter so she could buy her first new car.I was just going to co-sign for her but she didn't have any money to put down so they ended up running my credit and I bought the car with her as a co-signer.I really didn't want to have another car on my credit report but as long as she got a new dependable car I am good with it.The dealer ship was great at helping out with that and the service and speed at which it was done was awesome. The only thing that I didn't care for the the pressure at buying other services when we went in to sign the papers.My daughter said she felt like she was pressure and what she did agree too we will be canceling because she doesn't need the extra expense right now. More

Oil change / tire rotation I came in for an oil change/tire rotation. Previously I had scheduled the appointment online and had the email response in hand when I arrived at th I came in for an oil change/tire rotation. Previously I had scheduled the appointment online and had the email response in hand when I arrived at the dealership. The service advisor was unable to find my appointment in the computer system. He looked at my email confirmation and nicely said that it would not be a problem, he would have the work completed on my car very soon. I was in and out in less than an hour. The service advisor was friendly and professional. In my opinion he is a good representative for the dealership. More
