Great customer service! When I arrived I was greeted immediately by Adam. Adam confirmed the type of oil change that I wanted. I received a text message almost instantly from Adam in case I had any concerns or questions during my service visit. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle the services that were provided were explained to me thoroughly. The pricing was exactly what I expected and after paying I was offered a chocolate bar. Adam walked me out to my car, opened my door for me and told me to have a great rest of my day. Exceptional customer service. I will continue to bring my vehicle to Reed Hyundai for my service needs. Everyone is very helpful. I was given a ride to work by Gilbert who was very kind, and said if I needed a ride back from my work, just to let him know. The problem was addressed, fixed, and my car was ready that evening, everything done at no charge. Adam was my service representative, and kept me informed of the process when I was there. More
