I came in a bit frustrated that my front passenger side turn signal bulb had gone out yet again (that was twice on both front (driver and passenger side) blinkers/bulbs). I've otherwise been super happy turn signal bulb had gone out yet again (that was twice on both front (driver and passenger side) blinkers/bulbs). I've otherwise been super happy with my 2015 Genesis - but to have to come in every 5-6 months to replace bulbs without any root cause or overall fix to the issue was something I was concerned/annoyed with. Not only did Jordan help me - apparently this is a known issue and a bulletin was issued by Hyundai to hopefully address it. Tyler was great and we did a cost share/split for the bulletin fix since I've had to deal with this multiple times. And then to top off the great service, Quentin did a FANTASTIC job detailing my car - that was not something I had asked about so was quite surprised to see my car washed and fully detailed - the inside looks amazing. So I came into the dealership disappointed/frustrated at this problem and left appreciative of the great service and happy that I'm a customer of Reed Hyundai. Thanks again. More
