The rear hatch of our 2018 was opening and closing on its own. We had an appointment for 10 am on Tuesday, 9/1. No one called us, so I called them at the end of the day, They said they would like to keep own. We had an appointment for 10 am on Tuesday, 9/1. No one called us, so I called them at the end of the day, They said they would like to keep it over night. Same thing the following day. When we finally picked it up at the end of the day on Wednesday 9/3 without the repair being performed they said we needed a new computer that controls the rear hatch that would cost $1,300. The part would have to be ordered and would take another three days to arrive. Granted this problem may have been difficult to diagnose but there was no excuse for not keeping us informed for three days. Unfortunately, the warranty has expired. I have ordered the part (#95470-3J101) on the internet for $209 and will try to install it myself. More
