Based on the amount of money I spent to have my car repaired, the customer service rep. promised a discount which he never gave. Secondly, I was going to purchase 4 new tires and have them installed repaired, the customer service rep. promised a discount which he never gave. He said that he would price match if I found the same tire somewhere else. I did, sent him the information and he said tires at Walmart (even for the exact same tire) are not the same, that tires at Walmart "are a much softer rubber which don't last as long." I call BS since the exact same tire at Walmart was $58 less per tire. More
