Hey guys! I just had an amazing car buying experience with Morgan at Reed Hyundai in Merriam. She worked with me over an almost 3 week process, answering all my questions and ridiculous requests via text with Morgan at Reed Hyundai in Merriam. She worked with me over an almost 3 week process, answering all my questions and ridiculous requests via text and phone until she found a car that fit our needs. Then she had all the paperwork basically completed when we arrived. We test drove the car and vroomed out with it after one hour at the dealership. Ten out of ten experience. No rude middle aged white men to speed me through the process and force us out of our budget. I can’t express how relieved I am. More
Overall, I would give it a five, but there were problems with the online credit app. not transferring correctly and it had mistakes that caused me to create a new one basically from memory. It was said that they couldn't do that until they were actually submitted, but then that information should have been given to us beforehand. As for finance, Kelly Cerentano was extremely helpful, answering multiple calls and being willing to bring material out to the showroom as we are high-risk COVID. More
My experience with this dealership was genuinely upsetting. My husband and I went through the process of getting pre approved for a loan and also negotiating my trade in value and the price for the upsetting. After that, we called and set up a time with the salesman to finalize the paperwork for the following day. On the day we are supposed to finalize everything, I received a phone call stating that the vehicle has been sold. "The salesmen's response was, "It goes like that sometimes, and we get upset too when that happens." They made it sound like everything was good to go, and did not disclose that this deal could still be sold before we got there. To me, that is not good business, and that's not what I was expecting from this dealership. They will NOT be getting our business after that. More
