Hi Criss, Yes, I remember meeting you. As you have already noted, the only area that I did not mark as a 4 was the price. I do not feel that Jon did anything "extra" to lower the price of the car from where it was listed. In fact, he was pretty quick to point out to me that the car was already priced well below the new car price. And truth be told, I am not even sure that he any controled over that at all. I was also dissappointed at the interest rate at which we got for our loan dispite the fact that we had a credit score of over 750. Jon did not make that decision but it ultimately impacted my rating of a 3 rather than a 4. What I found interesting about the survey was that there was nothing, other than the written summary, where I could actually rate Jon on his skills as a salesperson so I am not sure how I can rate him any higher. The questions were all directed at the dealership and the entire car buying experience...not the salesperson. Please know that I think Jon did a good job for us but I was not just rating Jon...according to the survey, I was rating the entire process. Having said all that, I have gone back in and changed the rating of the customer service and the friendliness of the dealership from 4 to 5. That should push the score above a 4.0. Pat Rider
