I usually always have a great experience there. When I scheduled online it said it would be $128 for a transmission fluid flush. But at the dealership they said $249. Jordan was great. Didn’t seem to add up. I am a sales manager at my job so I get standing by certain pricing and I was not about to cause a scene. But when that’s listed and that’s what I came for and then was charged a completely different price for same service it seems like a disconnect and some people would get loud and call it bait and switch. Sometimes you have to match what was quoted and then have IT fix it. I am debating on returning again for service. More

I get an oil change every 3 weeks at 7 am. Your service advisor’s are spot on. Your mechanic’s haven’t missed a window sticker reminder in the past 5 months.
