I bought a used Nissan Juke from here at the beginning I bought a used Nissan Juke from here at the beginning of April. Not even two weeks after the purchase I had to take the car back in because the AB I bought a used Nissan Juke from here at the beginning of April. Not even two weeks after the purchase I had to take the car back in because the ABS light and traction control lights came on. They fixed it at no cost, but a week after that I had to go in and get a tire patched that was leaking. (Which cost me $40 even though at this point hardly a month had passed since i got the car) Two weeks later now, and another one of my tires is leaking so bad it won’t retain air for more than an hour or a couple hours. It’s very difficult for me to believe that all of this is coincidental. And i am now convinced that they simply switched the tire that was leaking from the back to the front. I dont know if because I am a female they think I’m stupid and wont recognize this game thats being played. I’m sure if i took my tire in to be fixed or replaced here again, i’d be dealing with another problem a week or two weeks down the line. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. More

I had scheduled my used Veloster for a service due to a recall and received an email asking if I'd be interested in a newer car at the same monthly payment I was currently m Veloster for a service due to a recall and received an email asking if I'd be interested in a newer car at the same monthly payment I was currently making, so I said, sure why not. I usually buy used and test drove a 2019 Tucson but wasn't in love with it - I really wanted some tech upgrades that model didn't have. Based on what I was saying about my Veloster and the Tucson, Corey and his sales manager convinced me to test a brand new 2020 Kona with the whistles & bells I was looking for. I would have never considered in my budget. I laughed and told them I'd only consider it if we could get the monthly payments the same. They somehow made it happen. I test drove it, fell in love with it and was able to trade in my Veloster for the Kona. Three weeks later and I am still loving the Kona and very happy with the purchase. It's like a miniature SUV. Everyone who worked with me in sales & financing & service were incredibly kind to work with. No pressure tactics and they moved as fast as they could to get me in my new car that day. This is the 1st car I've bought from Reed Hyundai (since they changed from SM Hyundai) and would absolutely recommend buying a vehicle from there. More
