Tony and Mike found a new Elantra for us when they were in short supply. When I told Tony we were leaving on vacation, he drove to St. Joseph himself to pick up our car the next day. He went above and beyond the call of duty for us, and made sure that we were taken care of from the minute we walked in until the second we drove away. He didn't pull any gimmicks or try to sway us one way or another, which is rare these days. He walked me through the features of the car, made sure he ordered the floor mats we were missing, and all while dealing with another customer! Criss was great as well. She talked with us bout our options and made calls around to try and help us. She made sure to prove to us why their dealership deserved to be ranked number one in the nation. When it was all said and done, they beat their competitors, found the car I wanted, and sold it at a fair price. If I ever buy another Hyundai, I will definitely return to Shawnee Mission Hyundai. Now, Rebecca works at Shawnee Mission Hyundai in Kansas City, MO and I live in Berryville, AR. I saw the car on their website and knew that was exactly what I wanted but the car was so far away. Rebecca said they could ship it to me. Rebecca made the negotiations on getting the car easy and possible. My sweet father decided to go and pick up the car and bring it to me.
