Frank was nice from the beginning. He tried to get me at the pricei wanted to be at. Then as more people got involved my experience started to go down hill. Tony and Mike found a new Elantra for us when they were in short supply. When I told Tony we were leaving on vacation, he drove to St. Joseph himself to pick up our car the next day. As I have always been "lacking" in reading vehicle manuals, this might have been helpful... When I did come back for my "full" tank I asked her to possible contact me regarding pricing etc. for your Sante Fe mud flaps... Since I received no call back, I arranged this past week for your shop to "install"... I might add that I received another follow-up letter from a supervisor which stated: "We want your information"...I would change that "we would like"... More

He went above and beyond the call of duty for us, and made sure that we were taken care of from the minute we walked in until the second we drove away. He didn't pull any gimmicks or try to sway us one way or another, which is rare these days. He walked me through the features of the car, made sure he ordered the floor mats we were missing, and all while dealing with another customer! Criss was great as well. She talked with us bout our options and made calls around to try and help us. She made sure to prove to us why their dealership deserved to be ranked number one in the nation. When it was all said and done, they beat their competitors, found the car I wanted, and sold it at a fair price. If I ever buy another Hyundai, I will definitely return to Shawnee Mission Hyundai. It was a great day to buy a car, especially one that I'll be surprising my fince with. Thanks Bob and Criss! More

My girlfriend had put me on the internet to Dealers that I wanted a HYUNDAI ACCENT GS and that I wanted it to be BLUE and the tranmission MANUAL. Rebecca called me and told me she had what I wanted. Now, Rebecca works at Shawnee Mission Hyundai in Kansas City, MO and I live in Berryville, AR. I saw the car on their website and knew that was exactly what I wanted but the car was so far away. Rebecca said they could ship it to me. Rebecca made the negotiations on getting the car easy and possible. My sweet father decided to go and pick up the car and bring it to me. He lives in St. Louis, MO. Rebecca made a reservation on the train for my dad and even picked him up at the train station. She treated us like we were family. She also helped it all happen quickly, because I was without a car suddenly and was riding my bike to work. So I needed a car fast.
