Dion as well as Yvette at Shawnee Mission Hyundai were amazing! We first came to the dealership just to get a look at the new Elantra and the Hybrid Sonata. That day we found out how popular the cars are by the fact that only 3 cars were on the lot...and the long line of those waiting to purchase one of these cars. We met Dion at the parking lot, told him what we were interested in and he put us in an Elantra. We told him we were not buying that day, but just wanted to get a look. Dion never pressured us, but let us drive the car, and look around. When we were getting ready to leave, we already knew that in the future we would buy through Dion because he is honest and never pressured us. We called a few weeks later to get our 2006 Sonata priced to see what a trade in was worth. We asked for Dion, he remembered us and told us to come in. Yvette helped as Dion was busy helping another customer (No surprise...being busy because he's great!!!) and Yvette gave us numbers for our car, and showed us the Elantra Limited--a car eye have been eying for months. We test drove it, and went in talked numbers, how much for the trade in (great by the way) and what payments would be. The sales manager offered for me to take the Elantra home for the night--with no pressure to buy. I believed him completely, and took the Elantra home. We came in the next morning to work on the price and everyone worked hard to get the numbers we needed. We signed and had a great new car (I LOVE THIS CAR). Dion is very personable, sweet, and he has a very gentle soul. I have already recommended many people to Shawnee Mission Hyundai, particularly to Dion and Yvette. They are both wonderful to work with and I am so happy that I had the pleasure to meet and work with them both. My first car buying experience back in 2006 was a nightmare in Colorado at a dealership where I was ripped off (BBB shut them down)--and this experience changed expectations and feelings toward buying a new car. It is fun, and it should be! Thank you Dion, for being so nice, wonderful and all in all a great person. Rest assured, I'll return here the next time we are looking for a car (most likely next year. I turned my husband into a Hyundai fan too!) More

We went Memorial Day weekend. Crazy! BUT everyone made everything as painless as possible. Dion was quick and we didn't even realize he was dealing with 4 other customers (told you it was crazy). We called the dealership to find out more info on an online listing and got Rebecca. She did an excellent job of asking us what we needed in a van, then finding it for us. We were also pre-qualified for financing from our own bank before we went looking for a new van, and they were able to find a lender with a lower interest rate. Overall, we found a low mileage Honda Odyssey and were able to buy it hassle-free for a reasonable price and at a lower interest rate than our own bank. I would definitely recommend Rebecca and Shawnee Mission Hyundai to anyone looking for a used car. More
