I brought in my new vehicle in the morning and left it with them since I knew the problem might be difficult to diagnose. They were unable to diagnose the problem that day, but did NOT call to update me n with them since I knew the problem might be difficult to diagnose. I called an hour before closing and was told the service advisor and the assigned technician were gone for the day. Got a prompt callback the next morning saying they'd continue to try to duplicate the problem. I heard nothing more until I called at 3pm, at which time they advised they were unable to duplicate the problem, and without doing so they would not take any other steps to diagnose the issue, which I had described in detail when I brought it in. They said they'd continue to try if I cared to leave it with them longer. On Friday of Memorial Day weekend, really? I thought not and proceeded to go pick it up. Needless to say I'm very disappointed with my first service visit. More

Brought car in for scheduled service and to check battery, they said battery was ok and all I needed was oil change. Battery died overnight 3 of next 5 nights. I brought it back and they said it need battery, they said battery was ok and all I needed was oil change. Battery died overnight 3 of next 5 nights. I brought it back and they said it needed new battery and a full tuneup. So they obviously missed both the battery and the tuneup the first time causing me unneccesssary time and trouble! More
I have no issue with the actual service I receive. But the wait is always extremely long for some reason. For a simple oil change and tire rotation, it took almost two hours.
