I had purchased a uesed car from the dealership and the dealer 30 warranty had expired when I started having a problem with what seemed to be the transmission. I was expecting to do this at my own expense. Without hesitation, Chin insisted that I bring the car to Service Department so they could check it for any problems. Two days later, my husband delivered the car to Brandon at the Service Dept. They did a complete check of the car.....systems, brakes....everything. They made a few adjustments and we picked up the car and we have had no problems since. I was so pleased with Patrick's service, I recommended him to a stranger who is interested in a 2007/2008 Santa Fe and wanted to know how I liked my Tucson. From the time Bob Wright met my son (my car counselor)and I on the lot he was very professional in dealing with us. We had looked at cars in Lawrence on Saturday.
