We were greated by Eddie, and although he talked a little funny (blame Tennesee), we received the best customer service we'd seen from the multiple dealerships we had visited. Eddie patiently took us through all the features of the Tuscon, and we had an afterhours test drive. When we returned, Eddie spent as much time as we needed to get information, and we left buying a car (Special thanks to Michael Ball, who was there to help as well).
