Dion was very easy to work with. He even came in on his day off so we could test drive the vehicle again. He then stayed late to work out a deal with us. We had been looking for a new car for several months around the Lawrence area. I had done a lot research online so knew what I was looking for. I saw a car online and we drove to KC to look at it arri around the Lawrence area. I had done a lot research online so knew what I was looking for. I saw a car online and we drove to KC to look at it arriving at the dealership 15 min before they were closing. John came right out and walked us around showing us several cars. I told him about the one I saw online and he invited us in to look on the computer. He found the car on their other lot and offered to go get it. I knew it was a holiday weekend and we already kept them over closing time. But John went and got the car and we test drove it and I loved it. John and the sales manager and their finance officer stayed till after 8:00 closing the deal so I could drive my car home. They were all very nice. The next morning I noticed the tire sensor was still on and called John. He talked to the service manager and they set up a loaner car for me so I could drive the car back in and leave it. They installed a new sensor, checked the car over again- balanced the tires cause it pulled a little and had it ready the next day. John checked with me several times to make sure I was happy and I was. I have already recommended the dealership and John to a relative and some friends. I love my new car. More
