I bought my first new car in 1971 & have had many dealership experiances both good & bad but this one was the best so far. I was impressed with the new car sales manager & the dealership general manager taking time to meet & greet us & give us their business cards with their 24 hr. home & cell numbers. I will in the future & have allready recommended Shawnee Mission Hyundai to people who are interested in cars. My only regret is that I live more than 2 hrs away & it won't be practable to use this dealership for service. We were introduced to the service department staff & they were patient with me & answered all of my questions, they seemed to know their craft. More
