Took my car in for regular maintenance, including a tire rotation and a small warranty recall. Dropped my car off the night before and it took them ALL day to finish the work. They charged me $150 for normal maintenance and tire rotation, which is outrageous compared to what I normally pay. THEN they actually charged me a $5 service charge to use my Credit Card. What?? My hair stylist doesn't even do that and she's self-employed! I've had trouble with this place before and I've now learned my lesson. Never ever will I give this place my business again. I will go to a different dealership for warranty work. More
