Had scheduled for oil change and recall repair. Felt pressured for a lot of additional service. This experience at Reed was a 100% improvement on the last visit, which I rated as a disaster. Everything was better this time around. The fellow that I dealt with was a huge improvement on the guy last visit, which I rated as a disaster. Everything was better this time around. He was very friendly, and I feel that if I needed to ask any question, he would've answered it quickly and clearly. Also, everything there seemed to be well oiled and in order. My last visit, things seemed "mixed up." They didn't even seem to have my vehicle on file, even though I had been bringing it in for service there since it was purchased at the old Shawnee Mission Hyundai. There was a lot wrong with my last visit, and I don't want to rehash it any further. This visit was great, and I'm very happy with the service that I received. More
