Ten months ago, I found a used Sonata at another dealer but my husband was working with Henry to purchase one on their lot. We were both super impressed with his honesty, but needlessly to say purchased the other vehicle. : ) We figured if we were ever in the market for another Hyundai would definitely be calling Henry, but that would be in about 10 years! As luck would have it though, my car was totaled and despite the repeated calls from the other dealer, we called Henry! He was busy with a customer when we got there, but rather than have us wait he had Dion help us and with their help we purchased a new Sonata Hybrid! This was my 5th car purchase and by far my best buying experience! I really appreciated both the guys honesty and straightforwardness even when I was pushing it! More

He asked me which ones I was considering. Before I knew it he pulled around a white one just so I could see all of my color choices together. It was about 2 degrees that night to boot!! Mike worked his magic with the numbers and helped me realize my dream of driving a new car. Chris Miller walked me through the paperwork and was super helpful in dispelling leasing myths, and explaining the lease, warranty, and licensing details to me. Scott has been my service adviser for my routine maintenance, and through an ordeal with a pesky squirrel who had a part of my wiring harness for a snack. Shawnee Mission Hyundai/Salomen was recommended to me by 2 people. . So I picked up the phone explained why I was calling and what vehicle I was looking for and the price range needed. Within 3 days and all over the phone I had a car (Hyundai Santa Fe) ready for me to pick up on Monday. The dealership was easy to find and very nice and clean and everyone polite and helpful. Salomen was organized and very knowledgeable with the paperwork and the vehicle. Matt helped me with a few decisions and questions I had and was fast with all the paperwork. I have already recommended the dealership and Salomen to co-workers and friends. Really Like my new Santa Fe and so do a lot of my friends. Dave is a great guy. Very friendly, knowledgable, and caring. He truly makes you feel like your buying a car from an old friend. Even the financing part was made extremely easy. The follow up has been great, as well. I've been contacted twice to make sure everything was going well and to see if I had any questions regarding my elantra. I found their approach most refreshing. They actually listened to my concerns, seemed to understand that I was neither emotionally, financially, nor mentally prepared to purchase a new car. They helped me walk through the multiple decisions, and really went to bat to help me make sure all my needs were met.
