He was sincere, honest and kept assuring me he was going to make it very easy for me to get the car I came in to see and that is exactly what he did. A test drive later, I found myself working with him on a number we could both agree to and done. Financing with Patrick was more like talking to a new friend and was done in no time. I went in expecting to be "sold" to, but instead walked out as a new Hundai owner and feel like I have a few new friends now too! Thank you! More

I've had a few used cars in the past, but my last experience was with Hendrick Toyota, and despite a few bright moments (namely Eric Vial), I will never go back there. Needless to say, I was a little hesitant to look for a new car, let alone an actual NEW car, but when I got to Shawnee Mission Hyundai, my fears were dismissed. I was trying to look at a 2013 Elantra GLS (manual), but apparently, the door had been accidentally left open, so the battery was dead, which meant I had to come back in the next day to test drive, and when I came in with my family, they were all incredibly accommodating and amazing to work with. The entire time I was there, I felt like I was the most important person to the staff, without feeling like I was being sucked up to. In the end, I walked away with the Elantra I wanted within budget, and I couldn't be happier with the car. My main agent was Bryan Ball, but David Winslow did a great job stepping up when Bryan had to be pulled away to help someone else, and both of them were equally knowledgable and amazing to work with. Michael Ball, from the first time I met him, did everything he could to make sure I was getting the best price (and was just a joy to be around), and Matthew Pauly was one of the best sales reps I've worked with when it comes to negotiating prices; he was firm without being pushy or rude; I truly felt like he was helping me with everything he could. Then Patrick was who I dealt with when it came to drawing up the paperwork at the end, and I had a blast talking to him; he was very informative when it came to what I was signing and what the additional plans (such as wear and tear) would entail. All in all, I am have already recommended Shawnee Mission Hyundai to several of my friends, and I think my mom might even consider coming in, and that's a big deal for her, as she's not easily impressed.
