Work done was good but they treated me like I was a nuisance rather that a customer paying their paycheck!! Service desk was inattentive and did not value my time at all. I would not come back except is where I bought the car. Nobody seemed motivated to help patron and acted like they did not care Finally had to ask for a ride home. Driver was great and the only positive from the 3plus hours I had to wait to have an oil change completed. Even had an appointment made days before. Been to that service dept. many times in last 10 years and was always great before but not this time. More

I appreciated that my oil change issue was resolved in a very timely and professional manner by the Shane Stanley the general manager.
