I took my car in for service. Went to waiting room. Nice clean area with coffee. They serviced my car in a very timely manner while we waited. Had a glitch in the computer but they attended to it. Reed Hyundai was prompt and professional in regards to the service work they performed for me. I brought my car in on Thursday for them to check out items that was wrong with it and I did not receive a call until Tuesday about what was wrong with it and they said it was going to have to keep it se items that was wrong with it and I did not receive a call until Tuesday about what was wrong with it and they said it was going to have to keep it several more days before the parts came in for them to repair it and I asked him could I pick it up and bring it back the next day and they did allow me to pick my car up and keep her for a day. They gave me the initial problem on my car and they called back and said that it was something else and I said OK and they gave me a price so when I return my car for repairs the next day they kept it until Friday and the price that was quoted to me was not the price I had to pay but I paid it anyway because I need in my car and then they could not find my car or my keys and I had to wait roughly 20 minutes before they found my car More
I waited two hours for a pre-scheduled oil change with no communication in the meantime. Took entirely too long and I asked the man for what I usually got oil wise. He changed it to synthetic which cost more. I am extremely disappointed with the Hyundai Sonata and the various $ to fix it.
