Waited for 6 hours for my car to not even be looked at! I Made an appointment online for 6/27 for 11:30AM. Even set up a shuttle request to take me to work. Arrived there around 11:20 AM. Was told By Thomas I Made an appointment online for 6/27 for 11:30AM. Even set up a shuttle request to take me to work. Arrived there around 11:20 AM. Was told By Thomas Crotty that the shuttle service was already back up and he had already have 4 people waiting. The best option to find your own ride to work to make sure you are not late. I had my BOSS come pick me up. He told me they would look at the car right away and give me a call if I haven't heard from him by 5:00 PM give him a call because they close at 6:00pm. Around 4 30 pm I gave them a call. Was told that I would get a call back soon. ANother 35 min went by so I called time was (520 they were closing at 6) was informed that they did not have any updates for me. I decided to get a ride to the dealership and when I arrived they made me wait 25 min to inform me that MY CAR THAT WAS WITH THEM FOR 6 HOURS HAS NOT EVEN BEEN LOOKED AT. UNBELIEVABLE. DO not come here. I picked this place because how high rated this was I go 30 Miles OUT OF MY WAY to come here. Thanks guys More
