Jordan, my service advisor was the BEST! In for an oil change and was going to wait on my car. She advised of wait time and offered shuttle to local shopping so I wouldn’t be bored waiting! It was mistake and directed as miss communication about tire installation they charged me for new tire and they haven’t installed. I did went back they said they did but not. After coming home later I did tire installation they charged me for new tire and they haven’t installed. I did went back they said they did but not. If I don’t see again I would have lost my money. No vacuum and I had to request for car wash post service. More

Service sucks, !st time in shop for check engine light, no bumper to bumper warranty by 117 miles, charged me 120.37 to tell me i had a evaporation leak, ( tighten fuel cap ).Went back a second time with a no bumper to bumper warranty by 117 miles, charged me 120.37 to tell me i had a evaporation leak, ( tighten fuel cap ).Went back a second time with appointment after check engine lite came on again, and car never got looked at after being there for 6 hours. Made an appointment for 08/09/2021 for 3rd trip, same check engine lite, could not find anything wrong with vehicle. both trips had vehicle in shop for approximate 6 hours each time. More
