Jordan, my service advisor was the BEST! In for an oil change and was going to wait on my car. She advised of wait time and offered shuttle to local shopping so I wouldn’t be bored waiting! It was mistake and directed as miss communication about tire installation they charged me for new tire and they haven’t installed. I did went back they said they did but not. After coming home later I did tire installation they charged me for new tire and they haven’t installed. I did went back they said they did but not. If I don’t see again I would have lost my money. No vacuum and I had to request for car wash post service. More

I had an appointment at 1215pm to have a tire looked at. An hour later my car is going up on the lift for a look.
