Problem was not resolved. After excessive wait time for a technician to diagnose the vehicle problem, at the technician's suggestion we agreed to have the tires rotated and a w After excessive wait time for a technician to diagnose the vehicle problem, at the technician's suggestion we agreed to have the tires rotated and a wheel alignment at our cost. We agreed to have this work done in hopes the technician's diagnosis was accurate. After the work was completed, we left the dealership without them offering a test drive. The rumbling sound in the front left wheel area is no different and in fact seems to be more pronounced at a higher speed. We hesitate to return to this dealership service department, but will do so to give them a chance to rediagnose this noise problem. More

I felt they were listening to my needs and doing their best to match them with their service.
