When I asked if I could take the part and dispose of it myself I was told that charge also included the "lubing" that needed to be done and the disposal of the gloves, etc. I had looked online to see how to replace the part and none of the videos showed "lubing" as part of the replacement. I questioned why the "lubing" was not part of the labor fee and was told it was but that there was still that additional charge for disposal. At that point I had to approve the charges or my car would not get done so I felt a little "gauged" and between a rock and a hard place on the charges. More

Tell me why this is not fraud. I took my Santa Fe in to have the brakes checked. I specifically said I did not want an overall inspection; just the brakes. After charging me $99 f I took my Santa Fe in to have the brakes checked. I specifically said I did not want an overall inspection; just the brakes. After charging me $99 for the diagnostic, they gave me an "automobile status report" advising I need the following: front brakes replaced; engine tune-up; new front axle; timing cover gasket; and 4-wheel alignment for a total charge of $5,797.62. Except for the brakes, they did not provide any evidence of the need for the recommended repairs. I agree with the brakes replacement. However, your dealership replaced the timing cover gasket, did a tune up, and a 4-wheel alignment last year at a cost of $2,960.47. You wanted $374.62 to replace the front brake pads and resurface the rotors. I went to another shop where they replaced the pads and resurfaced the rotors for $154.73. They also confirmed my axle is fine and there are no leaking seals. I have used your service department exclusively since Feb. 7, 2012. I am also getting ready to trade for a new car. Your attempted up-sell just cost you my business and a new car sale. So tell me how that is working for you. More

My car is still not good. Did alignment got charged but still not aligned more issues and it’s too much for me to handle. I don’t expect miracles because I haven’t had one myself. Thank you More
Work on black Sonata great - Work on red Sonata Lacking We brought both our 2011 Sonatas in for service: Black Hyundai (RO#6005571/1) and work performed replacing rear tail light was completed - when had We brought both our 2011 Sonatas in for service: Black Hyundai (RO#6005571/1) and work performed replacing rear tail light was completed - when had an occasion to open trunk found trunk liner piece (taken off to replace light) was laying on floor. Feel it should have been replaced - minor issue. Toni was very professional and informed us the other Sonata (Red) needed cabin filter replaced and then informed us there was a nest built and it needed to be taken out at an additional $80 charge. We approved. After repairs completed (RO#605572/1) later in afternoon turned on fan blower and had horrible vibration and knew it had to be a result of service performed. Called service department and explained the issue and they assured me it would not be caused by what had been done. Told them I was going out of town and needed to bring back in. Scheduled me for next day and in fact it was from them not cleaning all the nest completely out. They took rest of nest out and I asked them to clean floor mat of nuts and materials from nest (which was not done day before) Not happy I had to take the time to take car back to have the job done as it should have been done the day before. More
