Recall Work Brought my 2017 Sonata in for recall work. Found out that their is a 2nd recall from 2017, of which I was never notified. Didn't have time to fix that Brought my 2017 Sonata in for recall work. Found out that their is a 2nd recall from 2017, of which I was never notified. Didn't have time to fix that one as it would have been 2 more hours and I was waiting for the car. Whatever they did, it fixed a problem I had noticed. When using cruise control, the car would shift into a lower gear to keep from gaining speed going down a hill; however, when the road leveled out, the car failed to recognize it was in a lower gear and revved the engine to over 2,500 rpm trying to maintain cruise speed. Now it downshifts but returns to high gear on level ground. More

I called back to see if there was anything that could be done and I spoke to Dave. Dave said to mention it at my next service, but Dave didn't add this note to my account or do anything to ensure that this would be accounted for. If you're going to present me a list of "recommended" enhancements (totaling $700+) I would have appreciated a reminder about the promotion that got me in your shop in the first place. May seem small to you, but it's a big deal to the customer. More

Very high interest rate, so will pay off immediately or refinance at a lower rate. Maybe care dealers should not be in the financing business. But I do love the car, Hyundai Elantra dnd seemed like a fair price. Waiting to get the $50 Visa card for test drive. Guess it takes a few day to process. Nice touch though.. Hope to see it soon!! Genesis 30K check up The team is new since the transition in ownership and the new team has no clue how to handle the Genesis valet service/customer experience. You can't The team is new since the transition in ownership and the new team has no clue how to handle the Genesis valet service/customer experience. You can't book it through the app like you're supposed to be able to and they only have one Genesis vehicle in the loaner fleet. They're nice but very inexperienced and the service reps are put on the front line with incomplete training making for a very slow check in/check out process. They were nice and polite which was nice but they need to be better trained before being put in a job that impacts the customer. More
Unexpected visit to Reed Hyundai Stopped in to find the reason for low tire pressure. Fit me in their schedule and put the car on the rack. Found a 1 inch nail in rear left. Very professional and pleasant to deal with. I left impressed and pleased with their service and pricing. More
Sonata I was happy working with martine. Just a couple of minor issues. Martine ‘Threw in’ window tinting on his initial offer. When he came back with the ‘o I was happy working with martine. He ultimately stood by the free tint. I also recd an official offer that was a higher price than what was agreed to. Both of these seemed a little ‘shady’. Otherwise, he did a great job of showing me the vehicle etc. More
